Current Offerings

Iris offers a series of non accredited classes and workshops to support you on the path. These include, but are not limited to: forgiveness, labyrinth walks, love your life, the power within, meditation, walking the path of love and many more. She also hosts workshops for those seeking to increase their revenues and expand their businesses. These include: marketing, sales, customer service and organizational team building. SPIRITUAL PSYCHOLOGY-- A SUMMER ADVENTURE

STARTS JUNE 7TH AT 7PM

Join us in a 10 week class based on the work of Ron & Mary Hulnick, innovators in the emerging field of Spiritual Psychology. We will learn powerful techniques to transform challenging or negative human experiences into direct experiences of the soul.

This journey is not about finding the right job, attracting your soul mate or earning a six figure income, it is about satisfying the deep inherent hunger to answer life’s larger questions: Who am I? What is my purpose? and How can I make a more meaningful contribution to my world?

This class is open to all but limited to first 20.

COST: $10 PP PER WEEK + text (purchase on your own)

Workbook fee: $20— workbooks distributed at class

You can by purchasing your workbook below. We will send an email confirmation. If class fills and you do not get in, we will refund your workbook fee. We will NOT refund workbook fees if you decide not to attend.

The Labyrinth: The Inward Journey

There will be a brief presentation about the labyrinth and then we will walk.

Iris was trained to facilitate labyrinth walks. Her training was completed with Rev. Dr. Lauren Artress of Veriditas Organization. For thousands of years, the labyrinth has been used as a spiritual tool. The Labyrinth is the ultimate metaphor for the journey of life. It is not a maze that would trap and confuse, but a single winding pathway to a center—a physical center and our own sacred center within.

It is an ancient symbol used as a walking meditation to assist us in finding peace, managing stress, making decisions, and healing physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Found in varied traditions throughout history, the Labyrinth has recently been revived as a healing and restorative tool that crosses cultural and religious boundaries. As a circular symbol, the Labyrinth is an archetypal image that represents wholeness, healing, inclusiveness, and community.

Walking the Labyrinth allows us to focus our thoughts and gain clarity and insight about our personal and professional lives. The Labyrinth has the ability to quiet the mind, soothe the soul, and mend the heart. The Labyrinth can also provide the opportunity to re-vision goals, assess talents and abilities, make decisions, and evaluate progress.

Symbolizing the journey to source, sharing the path with others, going to the center for our answers to be revealed. In the labyrinth our life patterns become clear. It is a symbol representing the whole, within which each is a part. Join Iris Sauber, certified labyrinth facilitator, on an experience of remembering, reflecting and contemplation. Radical Forgiveness Study Group

Coming Soon

Radical forgiveness is a bit different from traditional forgiveness. It is an approach and tools to support the one who is hurting to see things in a new way and release their hurt, resentment and victim mentality.

More will be announced soon.

This journey will unfold for six weeks. Once it begins the group will be closed and no newcomers will be able to attend.
